Enhancing Predictive Modeling with Molecular Fingerprint Fusion Strategies

The archieve contains two archived folders: 1. fp_optimization.jl.7z is an archive with the script also available https://bitbucket.org/viktoriiaturkina/fp_optimization.jl. 2. FP_optimization.7z contains seven folders including all data used and generated in the study named "Enhancing Predictive Modeling with Molecular Fingerprint Fusion Strategies". The data includes all the calculated non-hashed and combined fingerprints, figures, models, summaries, and dictionaries with indeces for training and testing sets used in the study. Additionally the archieve contains the interpretation folder with the keys to all six non-hashed fingerprints ("keys_all_fps.xlsx") and intepretation for optimized_95 models for each dataset.
