Perqo: the incubator of the Île-de-France Region

Initiated by the Île-de-France Region and installed in the heart of its premises in Saint-Ouen (93), Le Perqo is an incubator for project leaders with a social and environmental impact aimed at improving the daily lives of Ile-de-France residents.

This dataset provides the list of projects in the fourth promotion.

## "The Perqo" why?

This name was chosen because the place is intended to be bubbling like a percolator: bubbling with ideas, sharing, exchanges...

Also because coffee has every chance to be king, to offer warm moments or give back energy and creativity.

## An impact incubator

Le Perqo supports entrepreneurs in the Ile-de-France region around three impact themes at the heart of sustainable and social development issues:

* Disability and autonomy, with particular attention to innovative technologies for people with loss of autonomy in the broad sense; solutions for older people, the inclusion of audiences distant from society and employment, people with reduced mobility.
* Green transition, with a particular focus on sustainable cities, circular economy, green mobility, digital transition, decarbonisation, sustainable food and decarbonised energy.
* Sport, with particular attention to issues of sport-disability, SporTech, sport-integration, sport-well-being at work, sport-health, and sport-education.

## Expresso or lungo?

Depending on their specific needs, incubators have the choice between two personalised incubation formulas:

* **Expresso** (for youth projects):
6 months of incubation, including extensive support with a pedagogical path consisting of workshops, personalised coaching meetings each month, pitch training, small group work sessions, free appointments with legal, financial and marketing experts. As well as the integration into an ecosystem of more than 1000 entrepreneurs, meetings with agents of the Île-de-France Region, etc.

* **Lungo** (for mature projects):
12 months at the heart of the Île-de-France Regional Council, giving access to the Perqo ecosystem (Regional agents, incubator partners, incubated entrepreneurs) and the incubator's event calendar on the three themes.

「佩尔科」命名缘由
该名称的选取源于其定位如同渗滤咖啡机（percolator）一般充满活力：处处迸发创意、共享交流、互通有无……同时，咖啡作为园区的核心饮品，有望为入驻者营造温馨时刻，亦能为其注入活力与创意。

影响力孵化器
佩尔科围绕可持续发展与社会发展的核心议题，为法兰西岛大区的创业者提供三大主题方向的扶持：
• **残障与自主保障**：重点关注面向广义失能人群的创新技术研发、老年群体帮扶方案、社会与就业边缘群体融入计划，以及行动不便人群的适配解决方案。
• **绿色转型**：重点聚焦可持续城市建设、循环经济、绿色出行、数字化转型、脱碳行动、可持续食品供应以及低碳能源研发。
• **体育发展**：重点关注残障体育、体育科技（SporTech）、体育社会融入、职场体育健康、体育医疗以及体育教育等议题。

「浓缩意式（Expresso）」抑或「长萃咖啡（Lungo）」？
根据入驻项目的具体需求，佩尔科提供两种个性化孵化方案供选择：
• **浓缩意式（Expresso）（面向青年初创项目）**：孵化周期为6个月，提供全方位扶持，涵盖包含工作坊、月度个性化辅导、路演培训、小组研讨在内的系统化教学路径，以及免费的法律、财务与营销专家咨询服务。同时支持入驻项目融入拥有千余名创业者的生态圈层，参与法兰西岛大区相关专员对接会议等活动。
• **长萃咖啡（Lungo）（面向成熟项目）**：孵化周期为12个月，设于法兰西岛大区议会核心场地，可接入佩尔科生态圈层（含大区专员、孵化器合作伙伴、入驻创业者），并可参与三大主题下的孵化器全系列活动。
