Extracellular vesicles shed by follicular lymphoma B cells promote polarization of the bone marrow stromal cell niche

We report specific signatures of up or down regulated genes form each of the stimuli comparing to the untreated situation. These signatures are semmed to be in link with the specific bone marrow or lymphnode niches organisaton observed during the pathological course of follicular lymphomas. Overall design: Examination of differentially expressed genes between untreated BM-MSC or the same cells treated by TNF Alpha+Lymphotoxin Alpha Beta or by extracellular vesicles from lymphoma B cells lines.
