Datasets accompanying the manuscript "Inhibitors of GapN-dependent NADPH supply may qualify as potential lead compounds for novel therapeutics against Streptococcus pyogenes" (submitted for publication)

These datasets contain experimental raw data generated by the Institute of Medical Microbiology, Virology, and Hygiene, Rostock University Medical Center (Rostock, Germany) and modeling data generated by the Molecular and Cellular Modeling Group, Heidelberg Institute for Theoretical Studies (Heidelberg, Germany). It represents a subset of the complete dataset used in the study. All data included here were used to generate the figures and tables assigned to these groups. For experimental datasets, individual biological replicate values are provided and were used to calculate means and standard deviations, as described in the figure legends. Applied statistical analyses are specified in the respective figure legends of the manuscript and supplementary data.
