Raw sequencing data for both animal and plant sedimentary ancient DNA (sedaDNA) metabarcoding from a lacustrine sequence in the central Pyrenees, Tramacastilla Lake (TRAM21), located at 1682 m a.s.l. (42°43'31.57"N, 0°22'03.73"W). Plant data are based on the trnL p6-loop marker. Animal data are based on the 16S P007 locus. Primer tag-to-sample lookup file is provided in the publication's Supplementary Data.
