The RD-Connect Genomics-Phenomics Analysis Platform (GPAP) is a collaborative platform designed to accelerate rare disease diagnosis and gene discovery. The platform allows authorized users to submit, share, analyze, and interpret integrated genomic-phenomic data from patients with rare diseases and their relatives. It collects standardized phenotypic data, supports the submission of genomic data, provides a collaborative environment for genomic-phenomic data analysis, and enables the creation of virtual cohorts for gene discovery analyses.
