RNA sequencing of fibroblast cells

The great tit embryo fibroblast and mouse embryo fibroblast were collected after cold treatment, UV exposure and hypoxia induced. The untreated groups were used as controls. Total RNA was extracted by using TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen, USA). cDNA libraries were prepared in accordance with the protocols of Illumina. Gene expression levels were measured using the criteria of reads per kb per million mapped reads.
