Replication deposit for the Boundary Coherence Model (BCM). Contains executable Python code, input data, evidence packet, IRR Coding Manual, expected outputs with SHA-256 hashes, and a step-by-step three-tier Replicator Protocol for the three validation findings reported in the Reviewer Paper (§ 6.1 Hierarchical Bayesian measurement model; § 6.2 adversarial inter-rater reliability simulation; § 6.3 construct-validity PCA on λ_AL sub-dimensions). v1.1.0-stage0 release notes. Rebuild to make the Reviewer Paper’s § 8.1 Minimal Replicator Protocol actually executable. No change to findings; every reference JSON in expected_outputs/ is bit-identical to v1.0.0. • Python sources restored as canonical .py files (hbmm_sampler.py, irr_simulation.py, pca_lambda_AL.py). Previous .pdf-extension archives are superseded. • Input data now published: Boeing 27-attribute codings (both coders), evidence packet with source URIs and tier justifications, λ_AL calibration corpus, attribute schema. • Supporting docs added: IRR Coding Manual, 1997–2026 Boeing chronology, 14-gate failure register, replication protocol (Minimal / Extended / Full / Partial-Full), troubleshooting. • One-command replication (bash code/run_all.sh) with automatic verification against expected_outputs/; pinned requirements.txt; documented random seeds; SHA-256 manifest. • Dual license: MIT (code), CC-BY-4.0 (docs and data). • Stage-0 / Signal-tier cap stated explicitly at reviewer entry (STAGE_STATUS.md). Quick start. Unpack the tarball, cd into it, then: python3 -m venv .venv && source .venv/bin/activatepip install -r requirements.txtbash code/run_all.sh The final line should read: “RESULT: Replication SUCCESSFUL — all three findings reproduce bit-for-bit against the published reference under fixed seeds.” Companion specification record. Reviewer Paper, Addenda, and technical specification documents will be at a companion deposit (forthcoming). This description will be edited to include its DOI once that record is published.
