This dataset contains all the files required for the complete demo of HATCHet on chromosome 22, comprising 3 tumor samples and 1 matched-normal sample. Specifically, the files included here are: 3 sorted BAM files `bulk_*clone1_*clone0_*normal.sorted.bam` for each tumor sample with the corresponding index `*.bai`; 1 sorted BAM file `normal.bam` for a matched-normal sample with the corresponding index `*.bai`
