RB1 gene mutation defines low penetrance of hereditary retinoblastoma

The aim of the study was to determine the spectrum of RB1 genetic alterations causing hereditary retinoblastoma with low penetrance and variable expressivity in Russian patients and to evaluate how the paternal vs maternal origin of an RB1 mutation affects its phenotypic expression.
