PRF Outcome-Synthesis Dataset for Mandibular Third Molar Surgery Randomized Trials

This repository contains the structured outcome-synthesis dataset used in a systematic review of randomized controlled trials evaluating platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) after mandibular third molar surgery. The dataset organizes included trials by study characteristics, intervention and comparator structure, follow-up, RoB 2 assessment, study design, and outcome domains used in the review’s hierarchical narrative synthesis, including alveolar osteitis, postoperative pain, analgesic consumption, swelling, trismus, soft-tissue healing, periodontal healing distal to the second molar, adverse events, radiographic or bone healing, and biological or inflammatory markers.
