资源简介:
The Alismatales are basal monocots, diverging early in evolution relative to other monocot lineages. Tofieldiaceae is a family located at the basal of Alismatales, and includes 30 species in 4 genera worldwide, and 4 species are distributed in Korea. To date, only one species has been reported to sequence the complete chloroplast genome. In this study, three novel complete chloroplast genomes of Tofieldia were sequenced. The three Tofieldia chloroplast genomes range from 155,060 bp (T. yoshiiana var. kanwonensis) to 158,407 bp (T. ulleungensis), containing 130 genes. However, in T. coccinea var. kondoi, two genes were pseudogenerated due to indel.
