Single cell RNA-seq data for studying human intervertebral discs and the mechanism of discogenic low back pain

We report the single cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) data for human intervertebral discs. Overall design: Examining single-cell atlases and transcriptomes of human intervertebral discs (IVDs), including the asymptomatic group (aIVD) and back pain group (bpIVD), another group harvested from human IVDs followed by in vitro culture with stressors (sIVD), and another group harvested from human IVDs followed by in vitro culture with no stressor (nsIVD)
