Bulk RNA-sequencing of three types of synovial macrophages in Fcgr2b-KO mice stimulated with or without immune complexes Overall design: Adult Fcgr2b-KO mice were intravenously injected with immune complexes and culled after 8 hours. Synovium was dissected and diggested with collagenase. Three types of macrophages were sorted and immediately placed in RNA Later for RNA extraction.
