资源简介:
The Golden Oyster Mushroom (GOM; Pleurotus citrinopileatus) is an invasive, edible wood decay fungus that is native to northeastern Asia and Japan and has been introduced throughout the Midwestern and Northeastern United States. The introduction of GOM originated from commercial strains sold for home cultivation. GOM fruits prolifically from April to November and is highly concentrated in forested areas of southern Wisconsin. This work helps elucidate the ecological effects of GOM on native fungal communities using molecular techniques.
