Stenotrophomonas isolate found contaminating Pseudomonas putida culture

This Stenotrophomonas isolate was found contaminating a culture of Pseudomonas putida. We sequenced this isolate's genome to better understand the interactions between the Stenotrophomonas and Pseudomonas organisms, as experiments had already been performed using this contaminated culture.
