ALKBH5 impacts malignancy of colorectal cancer via m6A-mediated epigenetic modulation [meRIP-seq]

ALKBH5 is one of the important m6A demethylases and is reported to be closely associated with tumorigenesis.In this study, we report gene expression profiles of HCT116 cells treated with ALKBH5 shRNA. This study reveals a novel role of ALKBH5 in downstream gene regulation and provides a new explanation ofALKBH5’ s function in colorectal cancer. MeRNA-seq after knockdown of ALKBH5 in HCT116 cells to explore the features and distribution dynamics of ALKBH5-mediated RNA m6A modification.
