This record contains the English-only processed 79-city panel, study-scope file, figure source data, model-output tables, Supplementary Tables, metadata and custom Python scripts supporting the manuscript on intercity green knowledge flows and carbon-footprint governance deficits in Chinese urban agglomerations. The main processed panel covers 79 prefecture-level cities from 2006 to 2024. Third-party raw statistical, carbon-emissions, patent, technology-market, policy, remote-sensing, firm and spatial data are not redistributed where original-provider access conditions apply.
