Lung tissue sequencing of ALI rats

Acute lung injury is a severe respiratory critical disease, with a mortality rate as high as 40%. Presently, there is no effective drug treatment for ALI symptoms. Gegen Qinlian decoction is a prescription of traditional Chinese medicine, that is often used in treating intestinal and pulmonary inflammatory diseases. According to the theory of the intestinal lung axis, we found that Gegen Qinlian Decoction has a good intervention effect on acute lung injury through lipopolysaccharide-induced acute lung injury animal model. We use the method of transcriptology to study the mechanism of its function. The findings of this study provide a solid scientific basis for promoting the clinical use of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in treating acute lung injury.
