资源简介:
The drop tests were executed using a special tower at 2 height levels, where a rigid sphere of the diameter of 15 cm and the mass of 10.72 kg impacted a material target plane of 65 x 40 cm. The drop heights are 1 m and 1.5 m providing the impact velocity 4.43 m/s and 5.43 m/s, respectively. The material target plane is composed by wounding the linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) foil in n layers on a frame so that the shorter side is fixed. The situation is displayed in attached file “target.pdf”. The data for the drop tests contains 2 zipped files, “10dm.zip” and “15dm.zip”, each relates to the falling height. In each zipped file, there are 3 directories, “08nl”, “09nl” and “10nl”, each relates to the number of wounded layers. Inside each directory, there is the acceleration signal (file “Acceleration.txt”) and the voltage signal (file “Voltage.txt” corresponding to the deflection). The acceleration was measured using a Kistler 8742A5 uniaxial piezoelectric accelerometer fixed to the impactor. Additionally, the deflection of the impactor was measured with a Micro-Epsilon optoNCDT 2300-50 laser measuring system connected to an NI 9214 voltage input module in NI cDAQ-9178 Chassis. The final time-correlated signals were recorded by NI Signal Express Software. The measured acceleration signal was filtered by the CFC 1000 filter.
