青藏高原外来鱼类物种分布数量DNA条形码数据集（2019-2022）

本数据集包含从2019年7月到2022年8月，在雅鲁藏布江、象泉河、狮泉河、亚东河、娘江曲、波曲、朋曲、黄河上游、祁连山地区等，观测的外来鱼类物种、分布、数量、DNA条形码等数据。其中错那县-娘江曲、定日县定结县-朋曲、黄河上游、聂拉木县-波曲采集鱼类标本照96张，生境照89张。青藏高原15种外来鱼类的DNA条形码（COI）序列（36条）。组织样品信息410份，信息表记录物种、采集地点、采集人、采集时间、样品类型等信息。《外来鱼类物种、分布、数量、可能的来源、是否建群和扩散，以及扩散途径等数据集》1个。，记录所属水域、样点名称、调查年份、经纬度、外来鱼分布、数量、建群等情况。

This dataset contains data on alien fish species, their distributions, abundances, DNA barcodes and related information, collected from July 2019 to August 2022 in the Yarlung Zangbo River, Sengge Zangbo (Shiquan River), Spanggung Zangbo (Xiangquan River), Yadong River, Nyangjang Qu, Poi Qu, Pumqu River, Upper Reaches of the Yellow River, and Qilian Mountains Region, among other areas.

A total of 96 fish specimen photos and 89 habitat photos were collected from Cona County-Nyangjang Qu, Tingri County & Dinggye County-Pumqu River, Upper Reaches of the Yellow River, and Nyalam County-Poi Qu.

Additionally, 36 DNA barcode (COI) sequences from 15 alien fish species in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau are included in the dataset.

There are 410 tissue sample records, with their information sheets documenting the species, collection location, collector, collection time, sample type and other relevant details.

One additional dataset titled *Exotic Fish Species, Distributions, Abundances, Potential Origins, Population Establishment and Dispersal, and Dispersal Pathways* is included, which records the associated water body, sampling site name, survey year, longitude and latitude, alien fish distribution, abundance, population establishment status and other related information.
