Assessment of microeukaryote communities in Corallium rubrum in control conditions and following marine heatwaves

Using an 18S rRNA gene metabarcoding approach, we aimed to gain a thorough perspective on the microeukaryotes community associated with C. rubrum and assess the influence of thermal stress disturbances on the overall microbial composition.
