本数据集为抑郁症患者临床资料100例，内容包括患者社会人口学信息、病史、现患病描述、家族史、烟草或其他物质依赖、用药情况、临床量表评估数据等。抑郁症患者的量表评估包括汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD-17)、轻躁狂症状自评量表 (HCL-32)、心境障碍问卷 (MDQ) 和 CGI。

This dataset contains clinical data from 100 patients with depression. The collected information includes the patients' social demographic details, medical history, descriptions of current illness, family history, tobacco or other substance dependence, medication status, and clinical scale assessment data, among others. The scale assessments performed for these depressed patients cover the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17), Hypomanic Checklist-32 (HCL-32), Mood Disorder Questionnaire (MDQ), and Clinical Global Impressions (CGI).
