Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling of liver biopsies collected from 45 healthy liver donors ranging from 13 to 90 years old. The Infinium HumanMethylation450 BeadChip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 470,000 CpGs. DNA was bisulfite-converted using the EZDNA Methylation-Gold Kit (Zymo Research) and analysed using the Infinium HumanMethylation450 BeadChip (Illumina) following manufacturer's instructions.
