Six-Manuscript Digital Government Development Programme — Replication Package

Complete replication package for a six-manuscript research programme on the multidimensional dynamics of digital-government development, 2003–2024. Empirical backbone: harmonized master panel (193 countries × 12 EGDI waves = 2,316 country-year observations); UN DESA EGDI, ILOSTAT ICT employment, WIPO ICT patents, and Kaufmann-Kraay Worldwide Governance Indicators. Contents: (1) all source and harmonized data; (2) a frozen PRISMA 2020 screening trail across six searches (2,795 screened records, 432 included studies) with a 12-category exclusion codebook; (3) theory-extraction fields per included study; (4) per-manuscript full robustness output covering beta-convergence sensitivity, two-way FE with cluster-robust SEs, Phillips-Sul log-t, IV-2SLS with EGDI two-wave lag, seven-method weighting sensitivity, bootstrap rank confidence intervals, region and governance interactions, and k = 3 cluster stability with bootstrap ARI; (5) six submission-ready DOCX manuscripts with author identity and DOI-verified reference lists.
