Posterior samples of WGD dates for 132 independent WGD events in angiosperms

Here is the repository for the posterior samples of WGD dates for 132 independent WGD events involved in our manuscript.In total 132 compressed files are deposited, each compressed file contains the txt-format file of the posterior samples of WGD dates from different species for each independent WGD event, together with an associated pdf-format file showing the posterior distribution of WGD dates for each species. The compressed file name represents the WGD ID used in our manuscript. For instance, the compressed file "ABEL.gz" contains the WGD date data for the WGD event named "ABEL" in our manuscript, in which the "Abelmoschus_esculentus_date.txt" file documents the posterior samples of WGD dates from the species <i>Abelmoschus esculentus</i> for this "ABEL" WGD event and the "Abelmoschus_esculentus.pdf" file plots the posterior distribution of WGD dates for the species <i>Abelmoschus esculentus</i>. For WGD events with dating results from more than one species, for instance the compressed file "ACPT.gz" contains two more files "All_dates.txt" documenting the posterior samples of WGD dates for all species and "ACPT.pdf" plotting the posterior distribution of WGD dates for all species, in addition to the common files including the posterior samples of WGD dates for each species and the associated pdf-format file showing its posterior distribution. The statistics including the 90% Highest Posterior Density (HPD), posterior mean, median, mode for the WGD age of each species, and the 90% Highest Convergence Region (HCR; measured as the intersection of the 90% HPD of the WGD date estimates from each species), peak (measured as the mean of the modes of the WGD date estimates from each species), mean (measured as the overall mean of all WGD date estimates for a WGD event) for WGD events with dating results from more than one species, are all documented in the pdf-format files showing the posterior distribution of WGD dates.
