Metagenomic assembly data of strawberry rhizosphere microbe.zip

The field trials were carried out in Qingpu, Shanghai, China. Strawberries (<i>Fragaria</i>× <i>ananassa </i>‘Benihoppe’) were planted in greenhouses. There were a total of four treatments: irrigation of surface water without fertilizer application (SW); 2) irrigation of hydrogen nanobubble water without fertilizer application (HNW); 3) irrigation of surface water with fertilizer application (SW+F); 4) irrigation of hydrogen nanobubble water with fertilizer application (HNW+F).The rhizosphere soil samples were collected in triplicate, each contained the mixed soil from five sites. DNA sequencing was constructed on the DNBSEQ platform (MGI Tech, Shenzhen, China). The raw data were quality-controlled using SOAPnuke (v.2.2.1). Afterwards, the clean data were assembled de novo using MEGAHIT software.
