The Register of indentures of The Pharmaceutical Society of N.S.W., 1876-1923 (7/5188), records for each apprentice, in numerical order: date of preliminary examination, date of indenture, and date of registration, name of apprentice, residence, to whom indentured, date of final examination, date and number of "poison card" (or certificate) and additional remarks. The Register of preliminary examinations, final examinations, indentures and managers, 1931-46 (7/5176), consists of four sections as follows: (a) the Alphabetic register of candidates recording name, preliminary examination results, apprenticeship, final examination result and manager; (b) the Register of preliminary examinations recording registration details (including registration number, date, minute number and folio and receipt number), name of candidate, address, certificate and date, school, pass standard and additional remarks; (c) the Register of indentures recording registration number (including date, minute number, folio, receipt number), date and folio of preliminary examination, date and term of indentures, apprentice's name, employee's name and address, and additional remarks; and (d) the Pharmacy Board of New South Wales - Examiners' reports recording candidate's name, number, sectional results, totals, final results, place in examination, additional remarks, examination certificate number and date notified of result. 1876-1923, 1931-46 (7/5188, 7/5176). 2 vols.
