Data description:
This product provides annual (2001-2020) 0.05 degree vegetation photosynthetic phenology (i.e., start of season-SOS; end of season-EOS; length of season-LOS) in terrestrial ecosystems of the Northern Hemisphere. The files includes two types: first growing season in ecosystems of the single and the double growing season; second growing season in ecosystems of the double growing season.
In each rar file, it includes SOS or EOS or LOS of every year (format: nc, NetCDF). In each nc file, including:
Phenology metrics with 10% threshold;
5th percentile phenology metrics with 10% threshold;
95th percentile phenology metrics with 10% threshold;
Phenology metrics with 25% threshold;
5th percentile phenology metrics with 25% threshold;
95th percentile phenology metrics with 25% threshold;
Phenology metrics with 50% threshold;
5th percentile phenology metrics with 50% threshold;
95th percentile phenology metrics with 50% threshold.
Geographic coordinate reference: WGS84
Value information,
'NAN': no data;
'0': barren and sparse landcover.
