Data underlying the PhD dissertation: Silicon-Integrated Arrays for Passive Terahertz Cameras

This dataset contains the figures and raw measurement data used in this PhD thesis on passive THz imaging with silicon-integrated technology.It is organized into four folders, each corresponding to a thesis chapter:<strong>Chapter 3:</strong> Responsivity and radiation-pattern measurements of a CMOS-integrated Chessboard array<strong>Chapter 4:</strong> Imaging demonstration<strong>Chapter 5:</strong> Responsivity, noise, and radiation-pattern measurements of a SiGe-integrated Chessboard array<strong>Chapter 6:</strong> Transmission measurements of a SiGe-integrated chopperWhere raw measurement data is included, the corresponding calibration and simulation files are also provided.

本数据集收录了本博士学位论文中关于采用硅基集成技术开展太赫兹（THz）被动成像研究的全部图表与原始测量数据。数据集分为四个文件夹，分别对应论文的四个章节：
