中国热带作物种质资源信息网是国家热带植物种质资源库的在线平台，由中国热带农业科学院热带作物品种资源研究所牵头，联合11个单位共同组建。该数据库整理整合了九大类25种重要热带植物种质资源，资源量达2.6万份，涵盖橡胶树、木薯、芒果、胡椒等多种热带作物，占全国热带作物种质资源保存总量的90%以上。平台提供资源检索、专题资源、数据中心等服务，代表热带作物种质资源保护利用的国家水平。The China Tropical Crop Germplasm Resource Information Network is the online platform of the National Tropical Plant Germplasm Repository. It was led by the Institute of Tropical Crop Germplasm Resources, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences (CATAS), and jointly established in partnership with 11 other institutions. This database has curated and integrated 25 important tropical plant germplasm resources across 9 categories, with a total collection of 26,000 germplasm accessions. It covers a wide range of tropical crops including rubber tree, cassava, mango, pepper and others, accounting for more than 90% of the total preserved tropical crop germplasm resources across China. The platform provides services such as resource retrieval, thematic resource collections, and data center support, and represents the national leading standard for the conservation and utilization of tropical crop germplasm resources.
