This dataset contains raw data from the analyses published in the article entitled “Evaluation of the effects of Ag, Cu, ZnO and TiO2 nanoparticles on the expression level of oxidative stress-related genes and the activity of antioxidant enzymes in Escherichia coli, Bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus epidermidis” in International Journal of Molecular Sciences 23 (9):4966 (https://doi.org/10.3390/ijms23094966). The included data consists of results collected for gene expression studies using RT-qPCR reaction for selected bacterial genes of Escherichia coli, Bacillus cereus andStaphylococcus epidermidis strains subjected to treatment with Ag, Cu, ZnO and TiO2 nanoparticles. Furthermore, absorbances from enzyme activities tests for catalase (CAT), peroxidase (PER), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the three strains treated with nanoparticles are included.
