Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): PPRT TOTAL (Origin of Surface Risk)

The origin of the risk characterises the real-world entity which, through its presence, represents a potential risk. This origin may be characterised by a name and, in some cases, a geographical object locating the actual entity causing the risk. The location of the entity and the knowledge of the hazardous phenomenon are used to define the risk pools, the risk-exposed areas that underpin the RPP.In RTPs, it represents the enclosure of the facility(s) classified for environmental protection (ICPE) at the origin of the risk analysed and addressed by the RPP. In the PPRT methodology, it is described as a grey area.

风险源指一类真实世界实体，该实体的存在即构成潜在风险。该风险源可通过名称予以表征，部分情形下还可附带用于定位该风险实际触发实体的地理信息对象。实体的位置与危险现象的相关知识，被用于划定风险池——即支撑风险保护计划（RPP）的风险暴露区域。在风险处理计划（RTPs）中，风险源指代经RPP分析并处置的风险源所在场地的按环保要求分类的设施（ICPE）的围合范围。在PPRT方法体系中，风险源被定义为灰色区域。
