A data set consisting of MRI scans collections used for analysis of possibility to use superpixels to improve medical images annotations reliability. It contains 6 3D images of knee joint of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (before and after contrast administration) and 9 3D images of sacroiliac joints of patients with sacroiliitis in the course of axial spondyloarthritis. All images are in .raw format (big-endian, 16-bit per pixel) and the name of file codes image dimensions: type_patientNo_width_height_slicesNo_bytesPerPixel_.raw
