To identify long non-coding RNA and mRNA expression profiles in plasma of myocardial infarction patients before and after Berberine administration and to predict the potential role of differentially expressed lncRNAs and mRNAs in the improvement of MI disease by BBR. Overall design: Whole blood was collected and plasma was separated from 5 MI patients before and after Berberine administration（BBR and Ctrl group，n=5）, frozen in liquid nitrogen for 1-2 minutes, and then stored at -80°C.
