Single-cell RNA-seq of airspace cellular subsets after inflammation and membrane damage

scRNA-seq data from an in vivo model of endomembrane damage. Data show that agents inducing endomembrane damage, such as silica particles, regulate the mitochondrial function and metabolism of macrophages. Overall design: Mice were exposed to silica crystals or red-fluorescent silica beads by intratracheal intubation, and bronchoalveolar lavage cells were analyzed by single-cell RNA-seq.
