dALPS GWAS summary statistics

We established a robust, automated deep learning workflow (dALPS) to overcome the limitations of conventional glymphatic function assessment. By analyzing over 65,000 individuals, we validated the high reliability of dALPS and uncovered specific genetic and molecular pathways influencing brain fluid dynamics. Our results highlight that while a healthy lifestyle supports glymphatic function, reduced dALPS is linked to various CNS disorders; crucially, we identified that antidepressants partially mediate the risk of glymphatic impairment in depression. These findings underscore the potential of dALPS as a scalable biomarker for predicting disease risk and understanding the interplay between genetic and environmental factors in brain health.
