We quantified the binding sites of the La related RNA-binding proteins Slf1 and Sro9 within RNAs using PAR-CLIP. Datasets were obtained for yeast cells during optimal growth and during the cellular response to peroxide stress. Untagged transcriptomic changes in WT and slf1/sro9 deleted cells with and without stress (in duplicate). PAR-CLIP study of Slf1-TAP and Sro9-TAP binding sites with and without stress (in duplicate) along with matched totals.
