OMAP-27: Organ Mapping Antibody Panel (OMAP) for Multiplexed Antibody-Based Imaging of Human Kidney with CODEX, v1.0

OMAP-27 was designed for CO-Detection by indEXing (CODEX) imaging of fresh frozen human kidney samples with the goal<br>of profiling cell types and cell states (Neumann et al. 2021). The panel contains 46 antibodies and the DAPI nuclear<br>marker for image registration. This OMAP captures spatial context for all functional tissue units (FTUs) of the<br>nephron, basement membranes, vasculature, lymphatics, the stromal compartment, and both adaptive (B and T cells) and<br>innate immune cell types, including injured cell states. OMAP-27 builds upon OMAP-3 (Neumann and Farrow 2024), the<br>original kidney-focused OMAP for CODEX imaging, and shares 24 markers with OMAP-9 (Barwinska et al. 2024), a<br>separately developed kidney CODEX panel. Additionally, this panel includes all antibodies from OMAP-26<br>(https://doi.org/10.48539/HBM677.XSHP.683), which was specifically designed for post-imaging mass spectrometry<br>workflows. This panel provides comprehensive spatial mapping for anatomical structures and cellular identities in the<br>ASCT+B kidney table v1.6 (Jain et al. 2024).
