This file includes a series of tables (Table S1–Table S13) with additional information that may be of interest to the reader. There is a table containing all Freesurfer derived regions of interest with their group mean values used in these analyses. Additionally, results are presented when an uncorrected height threshold of p<0.05 is used. This demonstrates extensive support for the cognitive reserve and brain maintenance theories that did not exceed the stringent thresholds used.
