According to the National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI), the e-commerce platform with the highest customer satisfaction index in South Korea were 11street and LotteON, reaching both 78 out of 100 points. Almost all other e-commerce platforms considered, scored the same with 78 out of 100.
