Count table and taxonomy file for 16s sequencing of a seasonal study looking at microbial responses to warmer surface waters on the Southern California coast. Processing was done using DADA2 (1.6.0), and each ASV was assigned taxonomy using the Silva 132 release for all Bacteria. Phytoref, a curated database of phytoplankton plastid 16s sequences, was used on all ASVs identified as "chloroplasts" by Silva to assign taxonomy.
