The Role of Land-Atmosphere Feedbacks in Midlatitude Wintertime Surface Temperature Variability [Dataset]
收藏资源简介:
The data used to produce Figures 1 to 4 in manuscript " The Role of Land-Atmosphere Feedbacks in Midlaititude Wintertime Surface Temperature Variability" is included. All data are in netCDF format, which can be visualized using Ncview software of Python. The temperature variance data from ERA5 and various of model simulations are formated as "<experiment>_t2m_var.nc". The fractional changes in mixing length and meridional temperature gradient are formated as "<experiment>_fractional-changes_theta-s_mixing-length.nc". Data used to plot Figure 3a and 3b are "CTRL_alpha_d_LW-SH-SW_onto_T2m_bin3K.DJF.nc" and "CTRL_alpha_l_LH_onto_T2m_bin3K.DJF.nc". The sensitivity of various surface fluxes to temperature in different simulations are formated as "<experiment>_energy-flux-sensitivity_<location>_<region>.nc" Data used to produce Figure 4 are formated as "<experiment>_fractional_theta-grad_temp-var_mixing-length.nc"
