Attached is a dataset that contains information on treatments used: chronic noise exposure; acute noise exposure and controls. In addition, there is infection data that was used to analyse the relationship between noise exposure and disease susceptibility. Infection data includes: 1) Parasite count: number of worms on host body surface over 17 day infection trajectory2)Maximum parasite count: highest parasite number achieved on the host 3) Area under curve: summation of 17 day infection trajectory using the trapezoid rule. 4) Slope of curve: intrinsic rate of parasite increase or decrease
