Effect of genotype on gonadogenesis at 23.5 degrees.

Animals were raised and scored as described in Methods. Genotypes are as in Table 1. Z test for two population proportions was used to assess signifcance (p<0.05) of differences between different values. Lines 1,2,3,4 and 10 are not significantly different from each other, but are significantly different from all other lines. Lines 5 and 8 are not signifcantly different from each other but are significantly different from all other lines. Line 6 is not significantly different from line 13, but is significantly different from all other lines (but p = 0.046 for line 9). Line 7 is signficantly different from all other lines. Line 9 is significantly different from all but line 13. Line 11 is signifcantly different from all other lines.
