脱硫废水零排放处理水质控制标准

零排放技术采用预处理单元+管式膜+纳滤+电渗析+旁路蒸发器烟气喷雾蒸发干燥组合工艺技术。示范工程脱硫废水三联箱前端添加有机硫、助凝剂、复合铁等药品进行重金属去除，在脱硫废水三联箱投加氢氧化钠与碳酸钠后，抽取7-15t/h处理后废水与30t/h循环水排污水浓水共同进入循环水三联箱（该三联箱不加药）。

The zero-liquid discharge (ZLD) technology adopts a combined process consisting of pretreatment unit, tubular membrane, nanofiltration (NF), electrodialysis (ED), and flue gas spray evaporation and drying process with a bypass evaporator. In the demonstration project, chemicals such as organic sulfur agents, coagulant aids and composite iron agents are added at the front end of the desulfurization wastewater three-tank system for heavy metal removal. After adding sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and sodium carbonate (Na₂CO₃) to the desulfurization wastewater three-tank system, 7-15 t/h of the treated wastewater is pumped out and jointly fed into the circulating water three-tank system together with 30 t/h of concentrated water from circulating water blowdown, with no chemicals added to this three-tank system.
