Repository Description: This repository contains COMSOL Multiphysics models, numerical simulation results for models with sedimentary-layer thicknesses of 870 m and 5 km, electromagnetic-field ratio data, cross-sectional figures, apparent-resistivity data for all simulated periods along the profile, and selected MATLAB `.m` scripts used to generate the corresponding curves. Directory Contents: apparent_resistivity_profiles_all_periods:Apparent-resistivity profile data for all simulated periods ranging from 10,000 s to 0.0001 s. A total of 65 period points are included, with eight additional sampling points inserted within each decade interval. comsol_6.1_models:COMSOL Multiphysics 6.1 model files used in the numerical simulations. cross_sections:Cross-sectional plots of magnetic flux density, electric field strength, and apparent resistivity derived from the numerical simulation results. eb_ratios:Ratios of magnetic flux density and electric field magnitude at depths of 870 m and 5 km to their corresponding values at the ground surface. All results were obtained for homogeneous half-space models without anomalous bodies. sediment_layer_0870m:Numerical simulation results for the model with an 870 m-thick sedimentary layer. The directory includes electromagnetic-field data, phase data, apparent-resistivity results, profile results, and selected MATLAB plotting scripts. sediment_layer_5000m:Numerical simulation results for the model with a 5 km-thick sedimentary layer. The directory includes electromagnetic-field data, phase data, apparent-resistivity results, profile results, anomalous-body models, and selected MATLAB plotting scripts.
