根据各个代理机构服务堆垛机产品相关的专利授权率、专利代理服务维持率，为堆垛机生产研发的企事业单位、个人进行专利代理机构选择时，提供数据参考，便于筛选更为优质的专利代理机构。1、数据采集：通过区域、专利的IPC分类号、专利名称、专利代理机构等信息，通过第三方知识产权检索网站，对堆垛机领域内企事业单位、个人申请的专利相关信息进行采集。 2、数据处理：对采集到的原始数据进行处理，通过去除重复和有缺失的数据，对数据进行清理分类。 3、数据计算：数据处理得到区域内各个代理机构服务堆垛机产品相关的专利总数、专利结案数量（即未在审查中的数量）、专利授权数量，通过处理计算得到专利授权率、未变更代理机构的专利数量、专利代理服务维持率；各个代理机构的专利授权率=专利授权数量/专利结案数量；未变更代理机构的专利数量通过EXACT函数对比专利原代理机构与当前代理机构是否相同，相同即为未变更代理机构，再数据整理统计未变更代理机构的专利数量，各个代理机构的专利代理服务维持率=未变更代理机构的专利数量/专利总数。 4、数据应用：根据各个代理机构服务堆垛机产品相关的专利授权率、专利代理服务维持率，为堆垛机生产研发的企事业单位、个人进行专利代理机构选择时，提供数据参考，便于筛选更为优质的专利代理机构。

This dataset provides data references for enterprises, public institutions and individuals engaged in the production and R&D of stacker cranes when selecting patent agencies, to facilitate the screening of higher-quality patent agencies, based on the patent authorization rates and patent agency service retention rates of various agencies serving stacker crane products.
1. Data Collection: Collect relevant patent information of applications filed by enterprises, public institutions and individuals in the stacker crane field via third-party intellectual property retrieval websites, using information such as regions, IPC classification numbers of patents, patent names and patent agencies.
2. Data Processing: Process the collected raw data by removing duplicate and missing data, and conducting data cleaning and classification.
3. Data Calculation: Calculate the total number of patents related to stacker crane products served by each agency within the region, the number of patent case closures (i.e., the number of patents not under examination) and the number of granted patents. Then derive the patent authorization rate, the number of patents with unchanged agency and the patent agency service retention rate through processing:
- The patent authorization rate of each agency = Number of granted patents / Number of patent case closures;
- The number of patents with unchanged agency is counted by comparing whether the original agency and current agency of a patent are the same using the EXACT function; if they are the same, the agency of the patent remains unchanged. Then the number of patents with unchanged agency is organized and counted, and the patent agency service retention rate of each agency = Number of patents with unchanged agency / Total number of patents.
4. Data Application: Provide data references for enterprises, public institutions and individuals engaged in the production and R&D of stacker cranes when selecting patent agencies, to facilitate the screening of higher-quality patent agencies, based on the patent authorization rates and patent agency service retention rates of various agencies serving stacker crane products.
