Raw data on cell death during whole-body regeneration (cell reaggregation) in demosponge Halisarca dujardinii for the manuscript Lavrov et al. 'The role of cell proliferation and cell death in demosponge Halisarca dujardinii whole-body regeneration'.
Data are represented by CLSM Z-stacks (DAPI, TUNEL) stored in .ims format. Z-stacks contains the original image and Imaris-generated spots used to count nuclei/EdU-positive nuclei.
R script for statistical analysis are represented in RAR-archive.
