Trichoplusia ni caterpillar gene expression in response to spinosyn treatment as eggs

The goal was to assess gene expression of a Lepidopteran pest of cruciferous crops in response to sublethal doses of spinosyn A and D on the eggs. Trichoplusia ni eggs were treated with a sublethal dosage of the biopesticide spinosyn A and D and caterpillars that survived and hatched were sequenced for gene expression.
